Truly Prideful5 votesIf you are beating someone, you're always playing a "cancer" champion. That's basically how this game works. I don't personally have any issues with Vi, you can force her into bad situations if you react quickly when she locks on with her ult.

Except that she'ill keep being tanky and unlike other champions that deal dmg while being tanky (bruiser, fighters, juggernauts, whatever), she has more mobility than most champions (ABSURD range Q and R), and lots of cc.
dangopee2 votesVi is not tanky. She has no tank steroids in her kit except her crappy passive (if you can even call that a steroid) and her base tank stats are average at best. Once she commits to someone either her team follows up or she will die. She has no escape.

What makes her tanky is the items she builds. Because she has percentile damage, attack speed, and armor shred in her kit, she can deal sufficient damage with only two straight damage items 
(or one straight damage and two hybrids 
) so her other items can be full tank items like 
. But she still doesn't deal the kind of damage that a marksman can put out.
What I don't understand is how people build Warrior on her and win. She's a three hits to win champion (same as 
). On a three hits to win champion (if they're melee since the Devourer nerf) you build Devourer and make the three hits into two hits. Vi, Diana, Jax, Ekko, they're all ridiculous with devourer.

AyRe CoNteMpT1 votesin my eyes, things that have no serious counterplay mechanics are cancer. vi has counterplay in all of her kit and even tho her ultimate is uninterruptable, it still has plenty of counterplay before and after.
things that have no counterplay: irelias stun, yasuos windwall, lee sins kick (number one cancer in the game), corkis "the package" and ofcourse plenty more things, but these are some i can think off from the top of my head.
vi is pretty cool and i respect her.
ModKnightsKemplar1 votesHer kit is really polarizing because her ult has insane lockdown with damage on top of it. I think her ult needs some work, and the lead designer on her said as much in an interview about a year ago.
So in that sense, you could argue she is... but they also toned down her ult damage to compensate, and I'd argue she's in a decent spot right now.
kaltenashes1 votesnah, she's good in laning phase and a bit of mid picking off people, but her late game isnt that good and if you have a tank in the team you can make it slightly worse
i learned jungle with her got around 60K masteries, i stopped playing because lately i'm missing a lot of my q....a lot
