Ivern interactions and minimap issues

1. Ivern cannot damage jungle camps on his own. What about Bami's Cinder, Tiamat, etc.?
2. Ivern needs a better minimap icons for camps affected by his passive. Different, stylezed and maybe showing different states (like just created -> 10 seconds to being ready).
3. Ivern needs a better minimap portrait. Current is just too indistinctive (no details, no elements). Also I saw him being confused with Malphite.
