Soraka Q idea
Make range global, spell impact time scale with distance away.
Im a celestial being that can only call STARS down 6 ish teemos away.

How about this: Q- Starcall like it used to be. W- Slight heal for her but a better heal when healing someone else. Yes, I know this is like Taric, but it works and it won't make her unkillable. E- Back to mana but set up the same way as W. R- stays the same.
this would only be moderately overpowered, but soraka would instantly be the most annoying champion in the game to play against
