#Does your hitbox grow?

I mean, for the porpuse of: Chogath Ult Lulu Ult item 3053 Fury -makes you grow- item 3156 Fury -makes you grow a bit- item 2138 Makes you grow too.

I don't know if there are any abilities that scale off from champion size/hitbox, I can only think of Braum Shield. TBH it would be interesting to see a champ that scales by... scaling in size?
