Counter play - don't isolate yourself, wards, cc him (he's so squishy you can 1 shot him). He also just got a nerf.

Turrets, Minions (not jungle camps) and allies all remove isolation then he cannot 1hit you unless he is miles ahead or you behind, so group, don't wander the jungle alone always take a buddy

seriously just play smart, ward and don't wonder alone when you have no vision of kha, much like you don't group up when a maplh or fiddle is the enemy.
