Sion and the PBE Warlords

So when Sion is in his death passive he gains 100% lifesteal. The new warlords keystone on the PBE gives you more lifesteal with the less health you have (capping at 20%). So does this mean that Sion can get over 100% lifesteal with this keystone?

I'm not arguing viability, I'm just curious.

Yes

He gets above 100% with his passive and Vampirism and/or Runic Armor, too. Does that surprise you?

The highest documented lifesteal for sion was above 200% if I remember correctly!

I wonder why Riot wouldn't hard cap Life Steal, they soft cap ms pretty hard

Yeah, there's no cap on Lifesteal and only his AS is fixed during his passive... I believe the current max on him is like 231% or so...?
