Is Veigar officially "Mission Accomplished" stamped?

Yep veigar is offically garbage now.

I haven't been called a tryhard in a while, but I generally just think a player is being a tryhard in a few scenarios. If someone reconnects to a game and an enemy camps that person when they try to get some farm. When your team or the enemy's has given up and just want the game to end and players refuse to push objectives and camp the spawn pool/base exits. When people are having fun fighting each other because they know they're gonna lose but that one player on the winning team just AFK pushes.

His winrate is approaching pre-nerf levels, but he's still horrible to play compared to his old self. W is practically useless without allied help, but Riot would rather make him truly a Q-spamming mage version of Nasus than give him a decent W, apparently.
