Lol the only champion on that list to actually need a buff right now is actually . Everyone else is either in need of a nerf, or would become OP if they get a buff. Then there are also champions on that list where they're not OP, but everyone just hates and would rather not have them get a buff in case they become more popular...lol looking at you
