Every champion is ban worthy for certain matchups, but typically, you wouldn't ban these in solo queue.

MasterYi Shyvana Kayle need bans in my opinion, yes there are ways to counter them (group up early, invade them) but those things usually don't happen in soloqueue and right now devourer gives them way too much damage.

And we were not banning Sejuani Gragas Sion or what ever once cinderhulk came out? It's really no different.

And again, a few champions don't really make an item broken, They can be dealt with on an individual basis, like we did with Sej. The new Item may be a little Over Tuned, But I don't think it's broken.
