I have been having problems winning in League a while ago, and I wasnt sure why. I usually blamed bot and support because they were the main reasons to feeding most the time. But I have found the reason...

The reason is because people prepare for late game to win, not early game. When you are playing, all the time you will hear "We will win late game, dont worry", "Late game we got this", etc.

All the time I would prepare myself for late game, by farming with some harass, not taking as many towers I should be, and not pushing waves. Now I have been playing to win early game, instead of late game. Pushing waves, getting towers as fast as I can, shutting down the jungler, making my enemy laner useless, stacking my level to 15 while everyone is level 12. I have been winning a lot more games because of this, and I hope this helps you as well.

You play for the late-game when you are already behind. Generally, people say "we have the late-game" to try and maintain morale and prevent their allies from tilting.

If you aren't behind, you use your strength to maintain and extend your lead.

Whenever I hear that, it's the death cry of the team. Every time someone utters it, without fail, we lose the game.

People don't get that if you don't do the most basic and elementary shit in the game, you won't HAVE a late game to build up to. Hell, most of the time you won't even have a mid game! On top of that, I've heard literally everyone say that in literally every scenario and combination of champions and items you can possibly imagine. It has never come true even once in the thousands of games I've played or the tens of quintillions of timelines I have glimpsed into.

People who often lose, lose because they believe that everyone other than themselves are at fault for failing. But there is only one constant in all of your games and that is you. If you are losing most of your games then it is your fault. You are making many mistakes without taking the time to examine and correct them.

People prepare for predestination. They don't respond to what's immediately in front of them, but rather an ideal situation that they've already conjured in their heads, and because of that, they get complacent. They think they already won in their heads, so why put in any extra effort?

It never works, but people refuse to do anything else.
