Riot, do you realise that this item is simply removing 80% of these champions kits ? They work around stealth, and you simply remove stealth. What can Shaco do ? Run up to people and right click them ? Same for Teemo ?
It's like having an item not allowing 
to use her cougar form, or 
making her not being allowed to use her W.

Nobody buys it early either. And people still run over his mushrooms. In the chaos of an aram he is still extra strong. not to mention his blind and invisibility. Multiple games I have played where a teemo back doors us.
Eedat4 votesUh, no. Oracles is 100% needed or Teemo just autowins ARAM. Even with Oracles he has a 60% winrate in ARAM. Sorry you can shroom up the entire map with absolutely zero counterplay and chunk people for half their HP per shroom with no effort at all in the mode where the map is tiny and you cant base to heal. His shrooms are still extremely effective but you actually have to be smart about how you use them

Lol a good Teemo will start throwing his shrooms into the minions and the bunched up champions during team fights. Oracles does nothing to prevent this and is a waste of 300 gold at that point.

AA range is longer (or equal) to this "detection area", so it doesn't affect him. On the other hand, if the enemy buys and you're , first your W becomes useless, second, your Q is basically using 
to engage someone, since they can see you.
