Teleport and Map

I just want to know what the person was thinking when they decided that "you can click on the map to Teleport to towers and wards, but if there happens to be a tower or ward behind the map that the player can't even see it will teleport to that instead of where you clicked on the map." I don't get it at all. Why would that ever be a useful feature? Who is going to ever need to Teleport to a ward or something that is most likely already on the same screen as their character? It just keeps happening, I try to Teleport to Top tower or a ward near dragon pit and it makes me Teleport 20 feet to my right to a tower and waste my Teleport. This needs to be removed or fixed if it is a bug because I have at least 2 lost games and 1 won game in the last 2 days that I can link the win or loss to a messed up TP from this bug.
