Will all of poppies skins be available to buy after rework?

Most of poppies skins right now are either legacy or holiday related but that was when she wasnt so popular and most of those said skins where..well lets just say not as good as they are now.

Im just wondering because it would be such a waste to not be able to get any of them after the rework where they're much more desirable now. don't get me wrong i have lolipoppy but ive always wanted noxus and now to an extent blacksmith looks pretty cool too but will they be available again?
