Proposition for Darius (Keep him as is early game and make him almost same as he used to late game)

I think the Cooldown of Noxian Guillotine should be a lot lower in the late game, making him almost have no downtime if have the 20 sec recast time

-All we need his make his cooldown scale down better, I was thinking something like 120/85/50 seconds

-that would make his ult have 30 cd with full cdr, making it have 10 sec downtime, therefor almost like he used to with the full reset

-Late game buff, no change to his lane

Darius was always bad in the late game (even with the full reset) so this change would impact only the late game, helping staying relevant (helping him pick someone off for a quick dunk and not have a huge downtime where hes completely useless)

He need this to make him more of a threat later in the game

Just look at Riven, she snowball harder than ANY other champion in the game and is extremely good later and her ult has 110/80/50 sec cooldown for her powerful AOE execute with insane ad ratio and boost her other ability

I think it's a reasonable and much needed buff seeing his horrible state in higher elo atm

FOR DARIUS HATER This change will NOT in anyway change his lanning phase, I know some of you REALLY hate lanning against him he's gonna be the SAME thank you and remember to not hate on him pls.
