For those thinking of ever maining any champion and fearful of reworks undermining everything you work for with a champion, here's what I've amassed over the years through red posts and other official statements. I can find them all if necessary.

zoe and yas both have clear counterplay. zoe is just overtuned.

yasuo's primary damage is a skill shot. you can dodge skillshots. therefore it has counterplay. I have no idea how you don't understand such a simple concept.

make yourself harder to hit, then. stay out of his range. also, zoe is EXTREMELY telegraphed with her damage.
LordGeovanni1 votesZoe's damage is also always up. by time as she sets her q at max range for you to walk out of her regular range and walk back in her q is up again with nearly no mana cost and the ability to chunk 80% of your health alone. and if she sets her q to the side instead of all the way back and ult forward on her 10 second ult She then can hit you even if you go out of q's inital range and completely zone you from minion exp permanantly. Sure her 3 second 1 shot goes from 100/80% of your max hp to 70/60 if she does that and Zoe players dont do that because they would auto win lane but they wont get any kills because their enemy is always in base and the community prioritizes kills over winning the game. the problem with all of certainly T's champions is they have no downtime and they dont ever give anything up for having no down time.

Yasuos primay damage are autoattacks.

his ult, maybe, based on their comments about it. He's not getting much of an overhaul than that.
The following champions will get complete overhauls.
