As we all probably know, Veigar has some trouble placing his stun. Sure, you can trap them in, but it's incredibly difficult to make it land on them instantly, since they can see it before it actually appears. I feel like a solution would be to increase the delay to 1 second, but make it so that they can't see the cage until it actually appears, kinda similar to Ekko's W.

see the thing is his stun isnt meant to be used as a stun its meant to be a stay in this area or die ability and his w is powerful if landed so that people who do get stunned die because of it hes well designed but people play him wrong

In some circumstances yea, but his stun usually stops kitting, engages on him, and to catch fleeing enemies.
