Does anyone else feel like stormrazor is going to be a little too good?

55 AD 25% crit chance 12% AS Energized attacks do 120 damage and slow the target

Is it just me or does this item seem to have a little bit of everything on it? Yes the AD is low, but the AS and energized attacks seem to make up for that. We haven't has AD, crit, and AS on a single item since the old TF. This also seems good as a rush item because this plus RFC is a 240 damage burst from one auto before we talk about AD or critting. So before auto damage that's like 1/6 or more of a champ's total health bar early on.

I'm thinking this might be just a little OP, particularly on a ranged poke champ of some kind.

Its going to be built on all ADC. It has EVERYTHING they want and a built in slow like WTF

But Riot Mods will delete this post because you are "Protesting" a gameplay issue in gameplay

Yeah, Riot doesn't remember why they didn't let damage from energized attacks stack anymore.

They don't care and apparently the majority of players don't. ADCs just constantly get favoritism. These crit and item changes are insane on a role already overtuned with very strong champions.

Just look at multikill, farm, and damage stats from worlds...
