Is PsuedoRandomness still a Crit Mechanic?

Having a huge discussion about the existance of psuedo randomness as a crit mechanic (longer you go without a crit the chance you get one goes up) and about the existance of true RNG in the game. We need a Red to confirm or deny this or just enlighten us on how it works. Please!

That's how it works.

So if you're a level 1 Tryndamere with a full rage bar (40% crit) and you go two or even three autos without a crit.. real randomness wouldn't care about the past outcomes.. but in this game you're very very likely to start seeing some crits after that. You can use this knowledge to your advantage if you play Tryndamere in lane. For everyone else it doesn't really amount to anything.

But this same psuedo randomness prevents RNG lucky crit montages from going up on youtube every once in a while where for example getting 5 crits in a row with a brawler's glove (10%)
