'Elite' tier Mastery levels gated by games and KDA

Would you like to see more mastery levels that are gated by actually doing well on a champ consistently and having a game requirement? Example, mastery level 8 would require 500 games, 9 750 games and 10 1k games. Also an average KDA in your past 20 or so PVP games (to prevent being abused in bots) of say 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 with maybe a 55% win rate minimum. And yes, if you dropped below the requirements you would demote to the lower tier of mastery, making keeping say level 10 that much more valuable. League, more so recently, feels like they have been catering to the newer/casual players. Making BE easier for new accounts, free hextech rewards, removing runes grinding etc. While I feel this is valuable I'd also like to see long term players/dedicated players catered to. Some way for us to say "hey I REALLY put time into this champ and I get results" maybe even a special champ select border/icon if you hover the a champ you had mastery level 8-10 for (for when you have a Yas one trick but you think they are gonna feed so you want to ban him anyways.)

Sincerely, a Kayn one trick with over 250 games and an average 2.79 kda over my past 23 games.

EDIT: After talking to some friends I realized that changing the system from mastery points to games played part way through was counter intuitive and would feel bad, so we decided that mastery point requirements to unlock the potential of these ranks would be better.

Seriously speaking on the subject of catering to new players and veterans, I believe are actually 3 (or more) levels of people playing the game.

New players to cater to, veterans.... ... and an under-served, large group of people who aren't new... but not really veterans.

It's simply a result of having a game that's been around for as long as League has been around now. And especially right now, the middle group seems to be getting shafted, whereas all the veterans seem to complain about is "I WANT SOMETHING TO DUMP MY EXTRA IN-GAME CURRENCY INTO!" (IP/BE dumps)... whereas people in the middle are punished because something that actually affects game balance was shifted to veterans.

This... I don't know. It's a good idea for mastery expression. But I wouldn't want the system to inherently promote one-tricking.

A few changes: Only the KDA on that one champion would matter, and it would be consistent across patches. Possibly have it so if you had Mastery whatever on Yasuo and let him sit for... a year, that it may still stick. Just when you take him into a game without any practice... yeah. It'll show a mastery you may not be worth of then, but over time, your KDA will balance and show your actual skill level.

Also, having a Mastery Border in Champ Select is also a GREAT idea! It shows that you've got a grasp on that character and can do well with it. Perhaps allowing me to play my Lulu more often instead of just having her banned outright. I might actually put that forward as a suggestion.

Locking it behind games played is silly.

Im fairly confident ive mastered my main blitzcrank. Im mastery 7 and i get S+ almost every time i play him with a high KDA.

Yet i MIGHT have 150 games played.
