Because it lacks counterplay.
RenownedWheat421 votesHe can just run at you. He's not like Hecarim, with a second move speed steroid on top of it + cc, or Skarner, who can lock you down. Literally all Olaf is doing is running at you. Use a ward and play defensive when you don't know where he is. If you're not making yourself susceptible to ganks then he's useless.
