RIOT ! your new smite hurts heimer. everyone BUMP + UPVOTE for riot

riot . your new smite (smite has 2 charges generates one every 60seconds) hurts heimer alot. its already pretty annoying when enemy laners take smite now with heimer and new PBE smite, you basically wont have an ultimate if enemy laner takes smite

i say you do a game-wide fix of this issue. not many champions would need to be hit. lets look at how many champs actually have things that get hit by smite

riot just make a new class of summons called champion connected summons which cant be smited same as champions cant be smited. well i guess dangit the new smite hits champions. weird...

yorick: hits ghouls. no change needed who cares. i dont think it hits ultimate morde: im pretty sure ulti isnt hit annie: hits tibbers. maybe make tibbers un smite-able and possibly reduce health in return heimer: hits little and big turrets. maybe make all of them un-smite-able but reduce health slightly in return zyra: works on dem plants. maybe make plants un smitable i dont really care about zyra either way
