it was already annoying when enemy laner took smite as heimer
now as heimer the enemy laner can completely pop your ultimate with double smite. basically you have no ultimate as heimer if enemy has smite :(
plz think of the donger before patch comes out riot. fix it somehow
maybe make ultimate un-smite-able

Remove Heimer as a champion. Problem solved.
i find that ult w is a lot more useful than ult q well ult rockets better than ult turret im not sure what the keybindings are

Playing Heimer already is a pain comsidering that 1 freaking Syndra Q with 4s cooldown 1HKOs your 24s CD turret.
Having your ultimate smited in the very second you place it feels even worse. No other champion is hardcountered so easily.
Imho they should change the tower health mechanics to be Zyra-ish - OR lower the cooldown to an amount that allows him to compete with Azir; or at leats keep him from being useless cause your enemy just 1HKO'd your turret with a 4s CD spell.... (Especially Azir himself WRECKS Heimer's turrets without ANY chance to fight back)
Whenever I lane against Heimer I have to ask them if its fun just standing there all game doing nothing
Heimer is one of the most cancer champions...don't you know that saying, heimer leaving 3 turrets and going afk, comes back 20 mins later with 300 farm and a penta
