Junglers can now get both targons AND their jungle item

i expect this to be the norm soon

do one jungle camp. then go right into lanes and move from lane to lane pressuring the lane, getting gold from targons. take just your buffs as they spawn. then once you complete your big jungle item you can start jungling at decent speed while having pressured all 3 lanes nonstop while creating gold from your targons
