So can we switch around Ashe/Tristana a bit?

TLDR= while ashe isn't super op, she could use a base attack speed nerf to keep her Q in line, and Tristana by contrast can use a base/scaling attack speed buff to help bring her line with the other adcs right now.

And before you get confused, what i mean is the nerfs they did to Tristana a LONG time ago.

awhile back tristana got her range nerfed, her E and Q cooldowns nerfed, but she was given a W reset if she fully stacks and detonates an E charge in exchange. but the one nerf which was the biggest of them all that is overlooked was her base attack speed nerf and scaling nerf. she basically has piss poor attack speed scaling for a long cooldown 110% attack speed steroid. It lasts 5 seconds, but has a 16 second downtime, with no way or resetting it. meaning in team fights there is an 11 second window where tristana actually kind of sucks ass.

tristana is decently early with ghostblade due to her all in style, but she is still overall weak and for a champion who seems like they would scale well late, she doesn't scale well late.

Let's take a look at Ashe right now, who has a very high play rate, and the highest win rate as an adc. I feel ashe is closed to being balanced. Her Q needs to stack up, does massive damage, and is very powerful in exchange for zero mobility.

personally, I feel the Q is bit overpowered when combined with her average attack speed scaling. Ashe's attack speed scaling is neither bad, nor good. she scales like an adc should. she's not sivir or tristana, but she's not Vayne or Twitch either. That would be fine if her Q didn't do absurd damage. I've been spamming Ashe and the Q is simply too strong. in the window its active you cut through everyone like butter. I know its intended to be stronger, but right now it simply does stupid damage. it does everything you would want for an active. it increases her slow strength, attack speed, AND total damage per auto. and applies to runaans. when the Q is up its too strong.

so my suggestion to help bring her in line without completely gutting her, is to sort of switch around what was done to Tristana and do it to Ashe, and then in turn, buff Tristana's base attack speed since her steroid is largely gated by cooldown and doesn't increase her damage or utility, but only increases her attack speed for a short window. Ashe needs to get less out of attack speed since she gains so much from her active and it makes her too strong for something that is up super often. (no cooldown only gated by focus stacks) Tristana is honestly completely garbage with her base attack speed outside of the early early game where she can all in relatively decently. but I think a mistake was made pushing tristana to be the "all in adc" as it doesn't work to have an adc who is all in or nothing. the adc role is all about skirting the fine line between exploding and dealing high dps.

Tristana is balanced. Her lategame DPS is still great, she has mobility, peel, burst dmg, resets... If RITO tones done some of the other popular ADCs, she will probably see more play.
