Tired of playing with mid lane varus on my team

I've laned against it like 6 or 7 times and every single time they are beyond bad.

They feed stupidly hard and get flamed by their team in all chat which actually makes me happy because they deserve to be flamed for being fucking LCS sheep

The main reason is because they see it being popular in LCS and think it's automatically a good idea even though Varus is actually only a niche pick on poke and disengage/siege comps. Like, if you have a highly mobile splitpush team, Varus is one of the worst ideas ever. Except a lot of the time, people don't realize that, and it's saddening.

i win most games with mid lane varus. i didnt find this out because of lcs though. i just thought "well varus sucks as an adc. his poke may be good in mid lane." assuming that someone's an "lcs sheep" because they made a pick that was done in lcs is stupidly ignorant, to say the least.

The Vari (that's the plural right?) I see in midlane are usually pretty stronk. So I guess it's just you. Or them... It may depend on what ELO you're playing at. Silver/gold players tend to copy the pros without knowing why they do it.

I always ban unconventional LCS picks. It's almost certainly someone just playing it because they saw it in the LCS.

Aside from possibly losing lane. (if you have no idea what your doing) You also make sure that your top lane, (or less likely Jungler,) has your team covered for magic damage. Otherwise, your teams damage sources will be heavily AD Focused, And that's quite easy for the tank to counter.
