ADC right-clicks the assassin (or really, any non-tanky player) 2-3 times from range to kill them in like 1 second:
ADC: "HAHAHAHA GIT GUD CRAPPY ASSASSIN PLAYER"
The assassin kills the ADC who wandered off by themselves, getting in point-blank range, using their full combo + Ignite which takes like 2+ seconds (post-rework):
ADC: "OMG SO BROKEN WTF NO COUNTERPLAY BURST"

Fizz isn't really an exception, he has the highest kill times out of any assassin. You either hit shark ahead of time or you are dead weight for the team. (and hitting the tank or apc who zhonyas does literally nothing). Burst APCS can just stand there and burst you down because u won't get the damage off in time.

Plus in that match up Zed should be building edge of night or maw. Or both for that matter. There is a reason Zed is a Syndra counter.

B6WS TSW991 votesyou need a few wards and he can't do counter jungle, I just played a game where i was kha and I countered like crazy, killed lee 3-4 times in his own jungle, but his deaths could have easily been avoided had he or his support placed a ward at the most basic places for wards in the jungle,
if kha doesn't have a team to tank a few hits and be able to start the fights and go in then he can't do anything in teamfights as he gets one shotted by everyone because of how squishy he is, and if enemy team has a lot of cc then kha is done for
also I main jungle, so I've been against kha a lot, so I'm going to say this again, wards save you, use them

you mean adcs can actually tank them in melee range and kill them without kiting? because that's what you are implying right now if you say one bursts faster then the other (assassins having similar tankiness to adcs). then you should always play adcs vs assassins and just stand still and click on them. because you are outbursting them and they have no hard cc, right? why would you want to kite?

I hate my ADC3 votes0.5-0.8s? Are you serious? Do you even know how short a second is? It take 0.25 second just for an average human to react to an EXPECTED visual stimulus. Add to that the latency, keyboard to computer delay and the time it takes to press a button on a keyboard and you are already at over a second just to react to an assassin jumping on you WHEN YOU KNOW THEY ARE GONNA DO IT. And don't you dare blink your eyes! 0.3 to 0.4 second for a human to blink its eyes.
Anyone who thinks an assassin, or any champion for the matter, should be able to delete someone in less than 2 seconds is delusional.

I am not saying that ADCs CAN'T get 100% crit.
I am pointing out that they DON'T, because it is inefficient.
Do you live in a fantasy world where an ADC can casually forego boots and even a somewhat defensive item and be effective?
This is how you get 100% crit. You can swap one of the other AS/Crit items for PD and SS, but these are the items necessary to get 100% crit on any champ save Yasuo or Tryndamere, and barring runes.
So you think you can add these two items to that build and it would be good, huh? Yeah dude, who needs boots, you can just use percentage MS to scale of the movement speed you haven't built (because ADCs have some of the lowest base MS in the game), and who needs some form of defense like mercurial scimitar or guardian's angel? I'm sure it'll work out.
Some ADCs can do without a defensive item in most games, but they all need boots. Boots make you faster, which helps you kite, which keeps you alive.
