@Riot @Meddler : Mark for Anivia's E?

Anivia player here to share some thoughts and suggestions regarding her recent changes.

Suggestion: Anivia's gameplay would benefit a lot from a mark that would show if her opponents have met the condition for double damage from her E.

The spell description for her E lacks clarity and is not precise enough. Frostbite (E): "ACTIVE: Anivia blasts the target with a freezing wind, dealing magic damage that is doubled against targets RECENTLY damaged by Flash Frost or by a fully formed Glacial Storm." What exactly does "recently damaged" means?

Overall my thoughts about these changes are that they are possibly going in a good direction but that they are incomplete. Her E mechanic feels weird, unintuitive and lacks clarity. I also think that Anivia will have a lot of trouble in lane dealing with mobile champs that can dodge her Q, get out of R before it's fully formed and jump her considering that she is one of the lowest mobility champions.

Can you share some more thoughts about these changes and Anivia's overall state after them?
