LolReplay 2 allowed?

Is LolReplay 2 legal to use or will it get you banned? I know that LolReplay was legal but now there is LolReplay 2 with some additional features like it's own death recap and in-game info about players and their performances. Besides recording games, the feature I really like is the ability to create custom groups of champs for champ select. I'm afraid to use it because i'm not 100% sure if it's legal or not.
