That would be AWESOME!

Other than that, there is always that guy who'd upload sound packs for your pleasure. So rest assured.

You can change server languages by fiddling with files, though it'll change back every patch. When I was on LAN I could change it to English (though the Spanish announcer was pretty badass, and I enjoyed Maestro Yi). The client will be in Japanese, though :o
