Well, it's to compensate the loss of the Bonus AD ratio from old Runes. And it does have a 140% ratio, which is higher than most. So it's normal that the buff is higher than most others.

On the PBE there are small damage buffs to tons of abilities across the board to compensate for the runes being removed. For some reason Panth's Q gets 10 damage. Almost all the other basic abilities are getting 5.

Yeah I can't wait to abuse that.

Or idk maybe they will make iron skin and mirror shell actually do something.
