the client your homepage (take a wild guess why everyone is using 3rd support pages for infos about anything) presentation of your skins. theres youtubers like skinspotlight for a reason. cause you dont care. way too old bugs (item 3748 , fioras passive etc etc) hitboxes/your awful map https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/b03nrh/this_clip_i_just_found_perfectly_reminds_me_of/ twisted treeline informing your players how the rules work. 99% of people still beg for reports every game because they have no idea 1 report is all it takes spectator client sandbox mode promised damage nerfs (looking at you riven) fixing clash (i mean seriously? you cant fix this shit? are your workers actually WORKING? several months and legit 0 was done. i bet NOONE at riots can explain wtf is going on) matchmaking. especially in normals. while i get it that normals and rankeds mmr is different, how much fun do you think someone in bronze/silver has playing vs 3 diamonds? more insight on your ban system. literally only thing you did was make the feedback messages MORE RARE WHICH IS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE WANT! edit: death recap. man i moved the bar that you need to click for death recap to open as much offscreen as possible so i actually forgot it even exists.

these are just things that come to my mind and in all honesty riot i have to wonder... what is happening? youre supposed to be this giant succesful company, yet looking at this list that just came to my mind in the last 5min makes you guys look like your entire company is in early alpha. just so much stuff that has been ignored FOR YEARS like what is going on? even your biggest fanboys cant cover for all this stuff, it really looks like you just dont care.

OH RIGHT! man i moved the bar that you need to click for death recap to open as much offscreen as possible so i actually forgot it even exists. LOL! that should tell you a lot.

what is wrong with the client exactly? never had a single issue with it so don't know what to say about it.

what is wrong with people using 3rd party stuff to find extra info? that happens literally in every game. Most info in most homepages is either outdated or not detailed enough so people go elsewhere. Whether that's 3rd party sites or the forums of that game. The homepage isn't there to give you a full detailed analysis on anything but give you a very quick rundown on things.

Yes there are bugs, most of them which have so little impact, if any so they don't take priority over other stuff that require more attention. Literally every game in existence has bugs and is constantly being bugfixed and a lot of times those bugfixes cause even more bugs. Every company, every game is exactly the same because that is how programing works. You can break stuff so easily without you even knowing why it broke or how it broke.

what is wrong with the map? saying it's "awful" doesn't say anything meaningful or why it needs to be "fixed" is it connected to the hitboxes? I don't know.

You do know that even when Riot announces stuff people still ask for the same thing that was just announced? most people don't bother even doing the most basic of research. This happens in every single game, If you have a failproof way to make everyone and I do mean EVERYONE know about stuff then I would love to hear it. You can make an announcement in literally every venue possible (YT, TV ads, facebook, interviews, their own site, pop-up ads, etc etc) and still there would be a stupid amount of people that won't have any clue or idea about what is going on.

Damage is nerfed. Do people seriously think that Riot is going to make everyone tickle? they are not going to destroy damage. they are not going to make it so tanks survive forever, they are not going to make it o that squishies somehow are tanky. If a champion is too strong then they'll get nerfed eventually. Doesn't mean it'll be a damage nerf though or that the damage nerf is going to be gigantic.

Clash is literally being tested in multiple servers, I believe it's either the OCE or BR region right now that is being tested, could be wrong about the region but it is currently being tested. Clash isn't the only thing those people work on you know no use in rushing people.

Normals have different MMR you understand this. They are not going to change it. Just because you lost a game doesn't make the matchmaking system bad. Which is what is see 90% of the time when someone complains about matchmaking. People who are salty that they lost. It's even better when it's a smurf complaining about there being a smurf on their game.

what does it need to be fixed for spectator mode and sandbox mode?

You won't be getting any more insight on the banning system. You don't need more insight on it. Why do you need more insight on it?

Death recap is just awful and just there for the memes I agree.
