Flex Queue Placements

So when I finished last season my MMR was 1728 as far as I know the placement is calculated (MMR + 1200) / 2 which is 1464 (Silver 1) silver: Between 1150 and 1499 (Team: 1250-1449)

So when it comes to Flex Queue why was i placed in Bronze 3 Bronze: Between 0 and 1149 (Team: 0-1249)

I kinda understand that Flex is 5v5 Team Queue which is not but we didn't have Team 5v5? and Flex Queue is known previously as Dynamic queue and right now we don't have Solo Queue at the same time and feels very odd that i am facing Gold, Plat and Diamond in Bronze Elo

So why my Flex Queue is not based on my previous Dynamic Queue Elo?

How are you so sure that ur last MMR was 1728? Riot said many times all those approximations are wrong, sometimes by a lot.

How do you know the placement formula is correct? where does it take into account the placement matches? it looks incomplete to me.

I been looking for the formula for a long time and i cant find on that is a official response from RIOT.

Riot wants ppl to play as teams but every person that plays league wants something diff out of the game.

I don't get why duo q is often called solo, cuz it's not solo if you are duo.

To me there should b a q for SOLO q only and another one for flex.

op.gg - you can search your Summoner Name there at correct region (your region is NA)

I did read that long time ago that the formula is (MMR + 1200) / 2 = your placement and i think its the same way every year. Anyways it makes no sense a diamond to be placed in bronze tier. If you are bronze would you prefer to go against diamonds?

Dynamic Queue is not Solo queue but its the only thing we got last season so your placement should be based on your Dynamic Queue MMR

Yes people want to be solo in 5v5 team oriented game because logic. Either way most people prefer to queue alone and tier up so both Solo and Team queues are needed
