If you were going to design something unique for a champ in the game, what would it be?

If you were going to design a unique kit ability for the game that wouldn't be shat on by the public at large, what would it be? Would people enjoy it? Would people hate it? What type of champ would it be for? What'd be the point of it?

A mage that fights with a Stand. A (mostly) invisible pet that performs your auto attacks and abilities separate from the mage itself.

Stealing gold from enemies. People would absolutely hate it and automatically assume it's a CertainlyT design >:)

i would create an ability that is a magical vortex around a champ that sucks in damage as a damage reduction and after a set period of time or recast it would create a shock wave damaging near by enemies with aoe magic damage.

it would be used on a tank to help provide aoe tankyness to his team in team fights and give the champ the ability to fight in 1 vs 1 situations as well.

So kind of like an active Knight's Vow that effects your whole team, then aoe counters?

Seems rather generalized in power, but if you were to make it more anti-magic focused, you could make it a spell that eats up a few incoming attacks and then loads an incoming attack based on the damage you took from those attacks. Make it a bit more dependent on timing and positioning to tank the right things.

actually its maokai's old ult prior to rework

and i never said it was for against magic damage. just that it sucks in damage and reduces incoming damage and at end of spell it takes all that damage and creates an aoe shock wave that does magic damage to enemies near by

I had the notion that that was what you were aiming for, but I didn't want to just outright say it.

i miss old maokai

[zombie-nunu-tears]

i dont think he has any tools to really 1 vs 1 anything any more making him one of the worst champs now. ( i know tanks arent suppose to be able to do damage but when you have no damage whats the point?)

I would tone down this stupid keystone ignite damage so that champion abilities actually mattered.

A champ supp that can walk alone or fuse with an ally to form a Cho'Gall esque champ.

honestly. the game should could have more movement items or items that reduced shield strength considering there is nothing in the game that even affects shields.

Before we deal with shield strength, we should have enchanters looked at so they aren't 85% defined by just shield/heal spamming. They don't really offer much of value besides that, and making a hard counter item against them would make matters significantly worse (Grevious Wounds already shits on all the healing ones).

not really considering how often you can shield. Also I'm not really referring to the support champs. I'm talking about the Rivens, Vi's, Kaisa's, Camille's, you know champs like that. No one really gets much from Grievous Wounds early because people have to be able to think they can kill them first. Also there are more then a few items that increase healing percent./ So that's not exactly a problem
