So, I don't want Fiora gutted but...

come on, you have to admit she's pretty OP. Like, Riot, what were you smoking when you made her?(btw, I want some ;D)

210% max HP true damage on ult(Right? Or was it 240%... Its not on the wiki and I can't quite remember). Like... why even? Why not 100%? Was it not enough for you? And to go on top of that, she can parry all damage and CC in a certain timeframe. You could say "Don't be stupid enough to use your kit at that point" but you can't not if the Fiora isn't an idiot and parries early.

I mean, I get her being a fighter, but she has tons of damage, her ult heals for a ton for whoever is in the area so possibly even her whole team, can still build lifesteal, Hexdrinker, and Mercurial Scimitar or even sacrifice a slot for defense. Why does she need to block everything in a period? Why can't it just be CC or just be damage? And why does she slow even if she doesn't get CC'd?

I just feel like she's pretty overloaded, and not a fair overload like Sona or Yasuo(honestly he's pretty bad too, but mostly because of the new masteries and items and not him in his self).

I agree, however I think that the main problems are with her passive and the heal on her ult. A step in the right direction might be making her passive deal physical damage and maybe shred a little bit of armor.

EDIT: And also make the direction of the vitals change with the target's movement, so you can prevent Fiora from getting the proc off with a bit of maneuvering.

If her passive dealt physical damage, to make her not two shot squishies, she'd end up doing no damage to tanks. If it was tuned to be relevant on tanks, she'd two shot squishies. That's the reason why it does true damage.

"210% max HP true damage on ult(Right? Or was it 240%... Its not on the wiki and I can't quite remember). Like... why even? Why not 100%? Was it not enough for you?" Get your facts straight, you're not giving any context. The post showed this (I can't find it anymore) literally stated that he built full AD, with no boots, and this was even before the marksmen update. That's like taking up a picture of Xin Zhao when he was released and stating that the current Xin Zhao should be nerfed because he's OP. A Fiora going full AD with no boots can't even prance around her target, much less survive to get the stacks off.

"And to go on top of that, she can parry all damage and CC in a certain timeframe. You could say "Don't be stupid enough to use your kit at that point" but you can't not if the Fiora isn't an idiot and parries early." The timeframe is .75 seconds. If you manage to unleash your entire combo in that timeframe and she blocks it, you got outplayed. "You can't not if the Fiora isn't an idiot"; you have to learn to bait her Riposte out, it has a huge cooldown that you can use to poke her. Stating that Fiora can block everything in a tiny time frame makes her broken is like you being an Ezreal missing your entire combo on a Vel' Koz that flashed and calling Vel' Koz broken. Riposte is Fiora's only defensive skill; as a melee marksman, she's entitled to a strong defensive skill, just like Tryndamere's ult and Yasuo's wind wall.

"Why does she need to block everything in a period? Why can't it just be CC or just be damage? And why does she slow even if she doesn't get CC'd?" The slow should be gone, I agree with that. Also, if Riposte only blocked damage or CC, that defeats the purpose of Riposte.
