6v6 URF mode on Twisted Treeline, with All For One draft activated, Xerath sitting in the middle where the health relic is, and your summoners are replaced with the snowball/teleport to summon the Poro King. Doom bots occasionally spawn in bushes and flank you too because why not.

You mean those 3 modes combined together, or considering them separately. The All for One just ran off unfortunately, i was hoping to have more time of it
