Uhh... Its a skin not a chroma, right? Of course you should be able to get it from hextech crafting.

You should be able to get ALL skins from hextech crafting, with no exceptions.

not at all. there are limited time skins that you cannot get from rerolls aor chests. (like king rammus and human ryze)

Let me rephrase then; All skins which could be purchased should be obtainable from hextech crafting with no exceptions.

Iirc Old Championship Riven was only obtainable via codes given out at the first worlds.

old championship riven was originally purchasable in the store for 975 when it was released.
