We should be allow NOT TO ban a champion!

if everybody gets a ban and i don't care about bans then don't punish me with dodge penalty because EVERYONE GETS A BAN

I saw in previous queue that someone did not ban a champions so i thought that now we can just ignore the banning phase

well... now i face a dodge penalty because of stupid reasons... because if we don't ban a champions THE WORLD IS DOOMED TO BE DOOMED!!!

You can select "none" during the ban phase.

Every gets a BAN, which means by the rules you have to BAN a champion.
