Please just rework Karma already

Karma has so many issues but she's just swept under the rug and given number changes instead of the attention she needs As it stands, she has no identity as a champion. In response to patch 9.12 riot proceeded to nerf Karma to a state worse than what she was before 9.12, and right before worlds they nerfed her again to keep her out of proplay because worlds didn't want to see toplane Karma.

As for playing in lanes:

Spam RW for Top
Spam RQ for Mid Spam RE / RQ for Support ----> RE if the game goes past 25 min

Enchanters just can't play the game anymore with Riot creating champions that are centered around the idea of outputting the highest amount of damage in the shortest amount of time.

Yeah Riot, that 10 point shield buff to early game Karma will help her a bunch

Name 1 thing Karma can do that Senna can't do better
