Hi! Struggling with some matchups

BRAND PRE-6 I can't seem to walk out of Brand's W unless he really doesn't center it on me, but if he does I kinda can't really dodge it since it's such a wide skillshot He does this when I walk up to CS, so he knows exactly what area I am going to be in. Is there no avoiding this or any counterplay to it? This is like Low Plat / High Gold MMR so it's not like I can just get them to waste it

CASSIOPEIA She moves too quickly for Anivia If she Q's me (which is pretty easy considering 325 movement speed Anivia) she just walks in a diagonal line and continuously E's me What am I supposed to do? FIZZ He ults and hops.

AZIR ONLY the experienced ones who know how to really abuse his range and Q slow

A-SOL ONLY PRE-6 If I'm playing against an A-Sol who goes corrupting pot first item, all he does is clear 3 waves, recall, rinse repeat with more mana

YASUO He E's at me and then wind-walls when I try to stun However if you're not against an idiot he'd have his nado up and he'll just E-Q-R

As an experienced Anivia main, I can tell you that fizz is a no no. Sorry lad :(Fizz Fizz Fizz

i used to play a fair amount of anivia so ill try to give pointers, but some tips may feel outdated

BRAND try to anticipate when he will go for his W, make sure he cant follow up q stun you and when you feel hes about to W throw out your Q E back off and try to win the trade, post 6 same thing but be more careful for his ult and more agressive with your ult

CASSIOEEAEPOEAEEAOIEAEAOEIEIOEAPEIA (did i spell it right) uuh, this one is quite trickier, as she goes to q you try to zone her off kiting via a Q, if shes moving in one direction you can get her to back off a bit by q'ing her mid q cast or having a position where she gets hit by q or has to leave the engage, this is a bad matchup until you can start bursting her

FATASS wait, people play him mid, wait, people play him, wait, him, play passive and try to outfarm him, predict barrel which can get hard and tedious, if he tries to engage wait for him to land the E, then combo him, remember if you get e'd or ulted by him your ult will go down, if he ults you seperate the gap with your wall at the right time

OH HELL NO nope, no tips, good luck with that nonsense

BIRDMAN well, its all about out-trading him, if he dashes throw a q if you can, otherwise he can poke you safely so farm until you can fight back, if not, out-trade him

BOOPITY BOOPITY BOOP stay close to him but out of his short range boops, when he goes to auto and your in this range throw a Q, remember if he w's you can cancel it with your Q, remember he cant double tap his q like you can

WINDCANCER

learn to dodge his q's (nado and no), dont try to q unless its a double tab Q when he dives on you then E, you cant poke him but you can punish him for trying, if he tries to go for the E Q R then wait for the moment he needs to do the final E and stun him mid E, timing can get a bit rough

When I play Anivia, I ban Yasuo every time. He is beyond frustrating for Anivia and he is picked a lot. Overall, when I face a difficult matchup i will use my e a lot to last hit, and only q when they step out of line or try to dive. A lot of those champs can dodge your q easy, but once you hit 6 it gets miles easier. Just farm safe under tower and try to get the other player to make the mistakes pre-6. One freeze under tower and they could be dead.

With Brand it's about trying to stay away from his Q to avoid the stun. Remember that Brand's abilities are shorter ranged, and while your E is also a short range, it should be easy to stay inside the range for it. Post 6 that match up becomes a bit easier, try to drop ult under him and wall him off and then you can attempt to Q + E him. That match up really isn't easy, and I some times have some problems with it myself but it is manageable.

Fizz is just one match up you really can't win. I'd argue that Fizz is one of the biggest counters to Anivia (Next to Kassadin ) and fighting him has never been easy. Best thing I could suggest would be to get an early item 3102 as that really is the only way to really manage that match up. Though I've also had success a bit when I built tanky first one time with rushing item 3070 item 3001 as my first items. Doing that would be an option but that really depends on your team comp and how the enemy team comp is as well.

Okay well brand is the essence of no risk, no skill counterplay since they buffed his % health burn out the wazoo because mains cried and complained. At his state right now he only has to toss out an ult in a teamfight and he wins it usually so I would just ban him.
