My ranked games are rigged ?

How is it fair for me to be 3 entire divisions lower than the lowest ranking person on the team?? isn't this a bit much ? I understand that I lose less LP for it but I don't wanna lose, I want to win :( !!!!!!! and the more competent people you place against me the harder it is to climb out of G2. This wouldn't normally be a problem but I'm so tired of op.gg'ing people who were formerly diamond!!! It is such hell to have to lane against players with like 30x my experience
