Talon's hella broken
Title says it all, Don't think that it's fair that all you have to do is get your w to get two stacks on passive, q, ulti kill and abuse E for clean getaway

So you think it's broken when Talon uses his entire kit correctly and gets a kill? Well don't know how to discuss that so gonna go watch youtube videos.

So you eat the second duration of his w and expect the rest of his kit to not kill you? And what are you doing while he gets his combo off? Standing there not walking not casting abilities?
And that's not even the best talon combo which is w,q, ult while in q animation, auto
Oh X champion is hella broken. All they have to do is hit <their entire kit> and they don't get punished for killing you since they're <ranged, mobile, tanky etc.>
What would make 
broken overpowered was if his _delayed _ damage on his passive or w was no longer delayed. or if his e cd was drastically reduced or if his damage on his q or ulti was INSANE but that's not the case. Your description of the how he killed you sounds like your lack of respecting 's burst. But news flash Talon is an assassin and in exchange for being melee, lacking reliable hard cc, and reliable dps he gets mobility and burst damage that is delayed for you to hopefully do something about it. Sure you can be a bit surprised at the damage but saying he's broken is just an excuse for a mistake (e.g. overextending) that he took advantage of.
i somewhat agree with this, but ive only seen a few very overpowered Talons. It was to the point of me getting instantly one shot.
What botheres me is his ult, you cant do anything to him when hes invis...

OMG I stood there and got hit by the slowest projectile in the game then ate Talon'd full combo with no armor how did I died? Rito balance op!
Talon can be extremely frustrating to play against when he's ahead, as his kit can allow for literal 1 shots (many people exaggerate "1 shot" but a full spell rotation talon whos ahead can do that to many champions). The thing is, in order for him to get ahead, he does have to play quite well in lane, take good trades, and probably cant 100-0 a laner if they are at equal power, more like 65-0 after harassing a bit. Frustrating? Yes. Broken? Doubt it, fix lethality and hes fine.
Excuse me but which champion were you playing when the Talon player bended you over?
