Shaco is impossible to balance

Blink/Teleport movement is one of the most powerful mechanics in the entire game. There's a very good reason why only one ADC is allowed to have a blink , all the rest end up having a dash. They turned Talon's blink into a dash during his rework too. There have been very few champions released in the last few years that have blink abilities, almost all of them have dashes instead. You only really need to look at how is taken almost universally on every champion to realize how powerful it is. Even the few champions that are allowed to have blink, most of them have to have a target, like . Shaco's long ranged unrestricted blink is extraordinarily powerful.

Thanks to the change from Pink wards to Red, Stealth is now also one of the most powerful mechanics in the game. There are very few ways to really deal with it. Now we have two of the most powerful mechanics in LoL on a single ability. How is that ever going to be balanced?

Now I'm not saying that Riot did a good job with the Shaco changes, they clearly didn't, I'm just saying that Shaco's design heavily restricts how much power they can really give him and he clearly needs a full rework before he can be allowed to be strong. They can't even really nerf the blink or stealth on his Q because of the way any blink, no matter how short ranged it is, is inherently very powerful. Put Shaco's Q on any champion in the game and they'd instantly become super over powered (unless maybe they're already gutted).
