jungle's winrate has dropped over 5% and his playrate has been halfed since the removal of SotA and the introduction of CoC but there haven't been any compensation buffs of any kind.

Its cause he isn't flashy and doesnt get facebook montages.
Only Lee sin recieves compensation.
Don't give them any ideas, they might buff Kindred Nidalee and Graves back into strength rather than just viability. Admittedly while Nidalee just kind of sucks, the other two are interesting niche picks and still have potential to carry games.
Dr. Mundo needs more than just a SOTA compensation buff. He's completely outclassed by all the other juggernauts in top lane and jungle except for maybe Garen and Morde. Anything Mundo does the others do it better.
Mundo main position of balance is top, he isn't the best and neither the worst right now and so buff could take some times. Jungle mundo isn't his main supported or even played position so i don't think they will buff him only for the jungle. They won't probably buff a champion for his weak jungle performance where is main balance focus his top.
