why can he go full anti and one shoot everyone? why is he like old ap grags but insanely tanky? why can a aoe tank/mage 1 vs 1 all the duelist and single target assassins?

did gragas get some silent buff where he does damage again and i missed it? last i checked they nerfed his cask...again, and the only viable build was full tank and he hasnt one shot anybody since mid last season....?

He can only deal a metric sh**ton of damage to 1 champion at a time really. He USED to be able to nuke the entire team. But his ultimate doesn't have the same scaling now, he has to jungle because his lane sustain isn't nearly what it was either. And his Q takes time to deal the damage it used to. Would you prefer the old gragas come back?
