you nerfed tank ekko because it was a flat out problem and unfair

ever since Veigar can gain ap just by touching enemies he can get stacks 3x faster he can go completely defensive and optimize for survival but still retain the same level of power

I came in here to say veigar's current state is bad design on how he can attack so easily, the I remember how games end near 20 often.

Then I see ekko fanboying and get sick to my stomach. Take the L and like it.
