Jhin is the worst ADC when it comes to orb-walking. His extremely slow attack speed, coupled with long attack animations makes the speed boost a necessity in order to stay in line with other ADCs, all of whom have some way to either stick to their target, or keep just at arms length. Without the speed boost, he would be completely worthless.

So I would argue on that point. Also "Explorer" mastery, congrats, you're Ivern, you're in a bush, probably.

Taliyah and Sol's mobilities are hardly the kind of in-fight mobility people complain about. They are both considered immobile mages beside the likes of Ahri, Riven, Camille or Vayne.

It's an inappropriate strength for the character, his reload time is meant to be his period of vulnerability but for some reason he gets to become Usain Bolt for basically the whole duration. If he's going to have an MS change during his reload he should be slowed for the duration so his positioning on the 4th shot can actually come back to bite him in the arse.

My ideas can stand or fall on their own without +1 vote from my smurf. I like seeing genuine community reactions.
As for immediate +1 or -1 votes on my threads I share my threads into a couple different discussion groups where pepple disagree or agree with me based on their opinions.

jhin is the most mobile champion in a fight you mentioned there. with crits and w giving him movement speed. aurelion sol is the most mobile champion out side of a fight you mentioned next is taliyah besides ww when his conditional w is active.

Really most champs are mobile, and they certainly were in the past.
Now if a champ doesn't have a low cd dash/flash they are considered immobile. That is how fucked up mobility is in league. Mobility abilities should be blessings, not curses to those that don't have them.
Not to mention anymore if you aren't mobile you get your kit pumped so full of damage/utility you hit like an assassin without even having to build the damage or you function like a full fledged support without really having the squishiness of a support support.
