Three questions about Poppy's Rework

I know she's being reworked and I know she's being moved into the tank category. However...

  1. Can she still build damage items and be viable that way? A lot of people love building full damage poppy, is she going to be a tank/fighter and still support a more offensive oriented role if her fans still want to play her that way? I mean I get that riot is trying to make her better with defensive items and disrupting the enemy team, but there's still that beat a carry to a pulp part of her theme that I think is important. Specifically, will she still be good with bork and TF?

  2. Are you testing her out in the jungle as her jungle seems to be more common than her appearing top? According to champion.gg she's the 9th best jungler out of the 44 champs that see enough jungle time for that site to notice them. She also has one of the highest playerbase average games for that role which suggest her few mains take her there a lot. I'd really hate to lose one of my 4 junglers because she wasn't tested for that role.

  3. Right now she's a late game hypercarry of sorts as her winrate after 40 minutes is in the 60s. Can she stay a style of champ that will punish the other team if they don't win the game by the time she gets 4 items?

I'm not sure if she'll be a juggernaut as she's keeping her E.

One of the big unknowns of her rework is what is her chasing power going to be. If she loses mobility, yeah I can see her being turned into a juggernaut, but I'm not sure that's great for her.
