Is her safe laning, mobility, and burst potential not enough? She has amazing wave clear, can escape any gank, and fucks you up the second you step away from your minion wave... Why does she need sustain to go with it?

Her mana and mana regen is amongst the worst in game. Just hug your tower until she runs out or low then Fuck her up. Ahri is easy to counter.
Her passive is getting gutted, is that not good enough?
ahri is a kite mage now. Safe laning and good mobility is her thing. She is outdamaged by every other damn mage in the game to compensate for that
