Runaans doesnt work with sivir? Also playing ad feels weaker now? (mostly same)

I just played a game in ARAM as sivir and was hyped to try the new hurricane since it was my first game playing adc since the rework outside of PBE. The hurricane never proc'd with sivir? is this intended? I mean she IS a ranged character after all so i expected it to work. but it didn't for some reason.

on a side note, not really a big deal as its only ONE game in ARAM of all things, but my ad even with 3 major ad items was still under 300 ad which was crazy to me. especially since I rushed the big items. that 30 less ad was prett noticeable too as I couldnt melt people like I'm used to. I'm assuming its intended to keep ADCs in check, but it felt weird. also had a hard time taking down tanks with only one tank item. I didn't get LW or BORK, but my gut feeling is these will still be pretty important despite nerfs.

Uh? I used it yesterday with Sivir and it did actually work.

what items did you build? base AD has been nerfed on most ADC's to compensate for the increased crit on items

seems legit yea base ad and ad on items has just been reduced a lot, since crit chance on items has been increased by so much

yeah it will take some adjustment. might have to try the RFC/SS combo I hear is pretty good right now. cuz i felt weaker than usual but maybe didnt build enough.

rfc ss is only good on attack speed-reliant champs like vayne (the best with the build), twitch, and maybe kalista (if you want to forego the hurricane path). keep in mind that crit is just a multiplier; that is, multiplying a very low base damage by a medium number isn't as good as multiplying a high base number by a low number.

I built it in ARAM on Tristana, and to me too it seemed to only proc sometimes instead of on every autoattack... may indeed be a bug, but I'm not sure if it's only a visual one or an actual gameplay one.
