Cmon Riot Azir has been my favorite for a long time and hasn't gotten much attention till now....
And now you're just gonna nerf his ult super hard? Why? It just doesn't add up.

He's pretty annoying when played well and definitely one of the strongest mage that can turn the game into his team's favor as he progresses. Actually I think this nerf is really smart; it doesn't put a dent in his gameplay overall, just gives the opponent a bit more breathing room from the ult.
